Euna Underwriting has appointed Ross Dingwall as its new chief executive.
Dingwall’s appointment was announced yesterday (6 January 2025) but has been effective as of the beginning of the year.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to Euna, including stints with both insurer Hiscox and broker Partners&.
Dingwall commented: ”I am delighted to join Euna Underwriting at such an exciting time. The company has a great reputation in the market and a very talented team.
”I am excited to be working with everyone to build on the current success and through investment in additional talent and new product lines take Euna to new heights.”
Keith Harrison, board member at the MGA, added: ”[Dingwall’s] leadership, vision and market relationships are exactly what we need to accelerate our growth and continue delivering exceptional service to our broker partners.”

New Euna chief executive Dingwall has replaced former leader Rob Munden, who said it was “now time to move on to pastures new”.
In a statement, Munden added: “I look back on [my] three years [at Euna] with a lot of pride in what the team has achieved, including, amongst other things, more than doubling gross written premium and achieving top spot in the Insurance Times broker survey on MGA service.
”I have had the pleasure of working with some quality people both within Euna and our associated businesses and I would like to thank everyone for their support and friendship. I wish everyone and Euna Underwriting the very best for the future.”
