And that means one thing – the resumption of the Insurance Times Fantasy Football League!

Managers have until 11.00am tomorrow to make any last minute changes to their teams, before football action gets underway at 12.30pm.

Injury updates

Given it’s just been an international break, one of the key things managers need to watch out for is injuries.

And there are two popular Fantasy picks that may be a concern for managers.

One of them is Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, who came off in the 51st minute of England’s match against Greece and then missed the game against Finland.

Fellow forward Kai Havertz, meanwhile, was withdrawn from the Germany national team for their games over the last couple of weeks.

The good news is that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is positive about both players. In a press conference, as quoted by Arsenal.com, he said that Saka’s injury was not serious and that “he’s evolving really well”.

And speaking about Havertz, Arteta added: “He had a few issues and we’ve been dealing with that.

“He’s been absolutely brilliant, he has very good communication with the national team, with the manager.”

Meanwhile, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola said there was “no chance” Kevin De Bruyne would be ready to return to the pitch this week.

Therefore, with Phil Foden getting back to playing regular minutes, he could be a very good differential pick this week for those who think Erling Haaland is too expensive.
