’This is a great business that provides innovative and flexible propositions with customers at their heart,’ says new appointee
Axa Retail has appointed Suzy Tiffany as its new claims director.
Previously, Tiffany worked at rival insurer RSA for around 20 years – during her tenure, she held posts such as personal lines claims director, director of home claims and UK legacy director, to name a few.
She initially started at RSA in 2009 as a finance change manager.
Commenting on her appointment, Tiffany said: “I’m excited to be taking on the role of retail claims director at Axa Retail.
”This is a great business that provides innovative and flexible propositions with customers at their heart. I’m looking forward to building on the brilliant work being done by the team.”
Bringing a ‘new perspective’
Alain Zweibrucker, chief executive at Axa Retail, said: “Tiffany is an incredibly skilled claims professional with a proven track record of assembling top performing teams and being dedicated to delivering great customer outcomes.
“I’m thrilled that she’s joining Axa Retail and bringing a new perspective and energy.
”I look forward to working with her as we drive forward our ambition to continue providing our customers with the best services, products and propositions for their needs.”
