Helen Lewis, a director at North Warwick Insurance Services, has retired after working at the broker for more than 40 years.
North Warwick Insurance was established in 1972 and provides a range of home, motor, commercial and let property propositions to clients.
Lewis first joined in 1983 and since then has become “the face of the business”, the broker said on LinkedIn.
She officially retired from her role at the firm, which is based in Warwick, on 15 January 2025.
Celebration
To celebrate her career, North Warwick Insurance held a small party that was also attended by David Skinner, the town’s mayor.

“We celebrated Lewis’s remarkable career spanning over 40 years at North Warwick Insurance,” the broker said.
“She has been the face of the business, known and loved by so many of our clients.
“Thank you to the mayor of Warwick, Cllr Dave Skinner, for honouring this special milestone. Lewis, we wish you every happiness as you start your well-earned retirement.”
His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
