’This is an exciting time for the firm and I look forward to seeing how they contribute to our success moving forward,’ says chief executive
Davies has appointed two new senior leaders for its consulting division as part of a strategic effort to expand its services.
The moves will see Paul Johnson take up the role of chief operating officer, while Matt Parkinson will move into the position of chief revenue officer.
They will work to help expand Davies’ consulting services through four specialist pillars.
This includes insurance, capital markets, asset and wealth management retail finance and corporate banking.
The appointees will report to Pino Vallejo, chief executive at Davies’ consulting division.
Vallejo said: “This is an exciting time for the firm and I look forward to seeing how they contribute to our success moving forward.”

In his new position, he will manage the operations of the consulting division.
Meanwhile, Parkinson has over 30 years of experience working with global banks and financial institutions.
He has spent the past 15 years in leadership roles, including co-heading Davies’ banking and markets team.
Parkinson will focus on driving growth and profitability by collaborating with teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen key accounts.
Vallejo said: “With Johnson and Parkinson in their new roles, we are poised to take our consulting offering to the next level.
“Their wealth of experience in client service, technology and operations will help us drive growth across our four specialist pillars and expand into new markets.”
