’She cares deeply about people and will bring valuable expertise,’ says chief executive
Specialist insurance provider CFC has appointed Kathryn Herrington its new chief people officer.
Herrington succeeds Nichola Archibald, who took up the position on an interim basis back in February 2024.
The new appointee brings 25 years of experience in financial services and technology to the role, with her having built teams across public and private markets.
Most recently, she was chief people officer at Suse, a private equity-backed B2B software company.
She also spent a decade at CLS, a FX settlement provider, and has held senior HR roles at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and HSBC in London and New York.
Top boss ‘delighted’
Louise O’Shea, group chief executive at CFC, said she was ”delighted to welcome” Herrington to the executive team.
