’I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead the business’ onward development,’ says appointee
Credit insurance broker Xenia Broking Group has appointed Steven Stennett as its new chief executive.
Xenia, which is part of Kentro Capital, was acquired by Brown and Brown in October 2023.
Stennett will bring over 25 years of experience in the trade credit sector to the firm, with him having held leadership roles in business development and account management.
Most recently, he was the commercial director at Allianz Trade UK and Ireland.
The position saw him oversee the commercial distribution, marketing and commercial underwriting teams.
”Xenia has an outstanding reputation for the experience, differentiation and relevance it brings to its client base,” Stennett said.
”I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead the business’ onward development.”
Succession
Stennett succeeds Tim Coles, who will assume the role of chief executive for the global operations of Bridge Specialty Group, the wholesale broker segment of Brown and Brown.
