Allianz UK has expanded its commercial strategy and customer experience team with two senior hires.
The moves include Emily Mills taking up the role of head of continuous improvement and Fleur van der Ende becoming head of customer experience.
Mills will be responsible for embedding data-driven, systematic improvements across Allianz UK’s commercial arm, while van der Ende will oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of the insurer’s customer experience.

Experience
Mills bring experience in working in insurance, transformation and continuous improvement-related roles.

She worked at Allianz for 13 years before moving to KPMG UK, with her most recently serving as a senior manager.
Meanwhile, van der Ende has spent the last 11 years at Allianz, holding a range of roles such as customer propositions officer and transformational propositions consultant.
Most recently, she served as strategy manager, a role she held for three years.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
