Clear Group has acquired London-based broker Moore Robinson.
Established in 1987, Moore Robinson has experience in placing and managing property portfolios and construction projects for property investors, developers and managing agents.
The team also provides insurance propositions for high net worth (HNW) clients.
Clear Group said it had acquired Moore Robinson to expand its retail capabilities and that the firm would become part of its UK retail arm.
Mike Edgeley, chief executive at Clear Group, said: “Moore Robinson is a great addition as we continue to build out our core UK retail business.
“The team have reputable relationships with their clients and will fit in seamlessly with the Clear Group family, particularly across the property and HNW sectors.
“They have built a strong business and we look forward to seeing them go from strength to strength as part of our corporate team.”

As part of the deal, Moore Robinson founder Robin Moore and his colleagues will all join Clear Group.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
