Brit appoints PI writer
Brit Insurance Holdings has appointed Clive Moore as North American professional indemnity (PI) underwriter. Moore has worked in the Lloyd’s and London markets since 1974, specialising in professional liability in the US for many professions, including lawyers, architects and engineers.
Aon in captive cash deal
Aon Global Insurance Managers has formed a strategic partnership with RBS International to provide investment cash funds exclusively for Aon’s captive clients. The money market fund, known as RBS Global Treasury Fund, provides same-day access. BGL appoints directors
Personal lines intermediary BGL has appointed two directors and two associate directors as part of an expansion drive. Denise Keating becomes HR and communications director, Aileen Gillan becomes corporate services director, Su Leggett becomes associate director in group product development and Lucy Sinfield becomes associate director for contract management. Chief executive Peter Winslow said: “With extensive experience from a range of key industry sectors, we look forward to them bringing a wealth of expertise to our rapidly-expanding business.”
