Specialist consultancy R3: Group has been appointed by US-based estate agency franchising operation, ERA, to provide a range of home-related products to its UK franchising operation.
Under the terms of the agreement, R3: will source and manage a range of insurance products - Home, Mortgage Protection and Buyers & Sellers and added value consumer offers.
The insurance solution is administered on a system designed for R3: products. It includes a stand-alone quote engine that facilitates an on the spot premium quotation and produces a pre-populated application form and direct debit mandate.
ERA estate agency staff will have access to R3:'s support team who provide administrative backup and technical guidance via a helpline.
