Admiral has appointed Merrill Lynch International as global coordinator, bookrunner and sponsor for its listing on the London Stock Exchange.
Citigroup has been appointed as joint lead manager.
The two companies will be joint brokers to Admiral following the flotation.
Merrill Lynch International and Lexicon Partners are acting as Admiral’s joint financial advisers for the flotation.
