New system will achieve lower cost of ownership and faster access to client information
Lockton is rolling out a new IT system in its retail and professions business in the UK after agreeing a deal with software provider SSP.
The broker carried out a review of its existing broking systems to improve business performance and make IT systems more efficient. Under the agreement, Lockton has transferred 100 additional users to SSP’s broking solution, making them the primary systems partner.
Lockton’s chief operating officer, Simon Coleman, said increasing growth and serving clients are the key priorities for Lockton.
“With SSP, not only do we achieve a lower cost of ownership, but more importantly we have quicker and easier access to client data.”
SSP group sales director David Waring added: “Greater access to customer data is key for businesses to improve customer relationship management and business processes, and is fundamental for long-term success.”
