Peter Leahy to head up business
Lockton has appointed Peter Leahy as managing director of its energy division.
Leahy, who will be based in London, has over 20 years experience in the energy and retail sectors. Previously he held positions at Marsh and Sedgwick.
In a statement Lockton said Leahy's appointment: has been made with a view to building an outstanding brokerage team that combines service basics with entrepreneurial flair in programme design and marketing.
Lockton global risks executive chairman, Paul Jack, said: “Leahy will lead our energy business and establish it as the destination of choice for other talented insurance brokers. Peter’s focus on client service, and his outstanding reputation among major buyers, will accelerate our growth in this important industry sector.”
