Division of company formerly known as Erinaceous appoints two sales managers.
Keelan Westall, the property and commercial arm of Barbon Insurance Group, formerly known as Erinaceous, has appointed two sales managers.
Simon Clegg and Mark Costello have been promoted from Business Developers to Sales Managers for the north and south of the UK, respectively.
In a statement Keelan Westall said that Clegg and Costello wouldl be responsible for helping their sales teams further enhance broker relationships, and strengthen the link between the company’s sales function and in-house underwriting agency.
Prior to joining Keelan Westall, Clegg was Senior Insurance Development Officer at Leeds & Holbeck Building Society. Before that, he spent some 16 years at the Halifax, working in a variety of insurance-related roles.
Costello has worked in the insurance industry for some years, most notably as Development Executive at Bruce Stevenson Risk Management.
Keelan Westall entered the niche commercial property market 20 years ago but was originally established as a general brokerage in 1976. It has binding authority agreements with six major blue chip insurers – Axa, Allianz, Brit, Norwich Union, RSA and Zurich.
