Court heard submissions on Tuesday afternoon

Michael Bright, Philip Condon and Dennis Lomas will be sentenced today.

On Tuesday afternoon Judge Rivlin heard submissions from prosecution and defence counsel, but chose to defer passing sentence.

Bright, Condon and Lomas were found guilty of conspiracy to defraud relating to the collapse of Independent Insurance.
