Hill House Hammond, the high street insurance broker, has acquired a Bridgeport-based company, Peter Marks Insurance Services.
Peter Marks has been trading since 1990 and acquired Phillips Insurance Consultants in 1998.
Previous owner peter marks will join Hill House Hammond as branch sales manager, along with two existing members of staff.
