In a move intended to control costs for third party insurers, non-fault accident management group Helphire has chosen Audatex as its preferred vehicle repair estimating system.
Helphire said the Audatex system would enable it to improve communications with insurers, bodyshops and their independent engineering consultants.
The deal extends to Helphire's fleet accident management subsidiary Total.
Helphire repair network manager Nick Litchfield said the system would provide the company with a greater ability to assess estimates from its panel of recommended repairers.
