Contract follows appointment of Matthew Bates as MD of real estate team
Heath Lambert has renewed its contract with Morley, one of the biggest active asset managers in the UK, and a growing presence in the property fund manager market in Europe.
The news follows the appointment of Matthew Bates as managing director of its real estate team. Morley is a flagship account for the group, and the team successfully defended the account from five other major brokers who were eager to take it over.
