Chris Milnes, Louise Gilmer, Graham Webb all join
Following the launch of its new rater system, leading insurance broker Heath Lambert is expanding its PI team.
Chris Milnes joins as an Account Executive from Griffiths and Armour, where he worked in the flagship ACE department. Having developed his reputation through servicing many of the top 100 UK engineering firms, Chris has been recruited to further enhance Heath Lambert’s offering.
Louise Gilmer and Graham Webb are also joining the team and will be working to support the drive into the engineering sector.
Chris, Louise and Graham will join a team of 24, and there are plans to create a further three or four positions to this growing sector.
Milnes said: “I was attracted to join Heath Lambert as the team is ambitious and innovative. Clients are not dealt a ‘one size fits all’ service. Instead, the team uses the open market to ensure the best fit is found for each client. It is an exciting time for the team and I am keen to work with them in developing the division.”
The PI team has recently created a platform for members of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) which allows clients to buy their own commercial insurance online as opposed to getting quotes from account handlers via the telephone.
Simon Brookes, Executive Director of PI said: “The team has had a very successful few years and we have taken on many engineering clients over this period. Having also launched the rater, we have the potential to provide a service to an even greater number of clients and we are looking to expand the team even further. I look forward to welcoming Chris, Louise and Graham to Heath Lambert.”
