Hastings Direct has won the right to display the 'Positive About Disabled People' symbol for its equal opportunities recruitment drive.
The symbol is used by companies that are implementing five key commitments on behalf of disabled people.
The intermediary plans to create 300 jobs by 2001. It currently employs 500 staff.
Personnel manager, Alison Mitchell said: "Independent surveys have shown that we are gaining a reputation as a company that offers excellent customer service."
