New hire Tracy Kenny to introduce counter fraud techniques

Garwyn has appointed Tracy Kenny in the newly created role of policies and procedures officer.

Kenny will be based at Garwyn’s claims management unit in Birmingham and will report to finance director Ian Chapman.

She has joined Garwyn following five years at DigiLog as business and training manager. Prior to this, Kenny held the post of claims services manager at Groupama.

She will work to streamline Garwyn’s claims management unit, implementing counter fraud techniques to provide genuine claimants with a quicker claims service whilst identifying potentially fraudulent cases.
