GAB Robins hires fraud investigator

Loss adjuster GAB Robins has hired Peter Graham as a field investigator in its counter-fraud and investigation service.

He joins from rival loss adjuster Cunningham Lindsey, where he was regional manager of the firm’s special investigations team covering the Midlands and south of England.

Graham has 10 years’ experience of fraud investigation within the insurance industry, handling household, commercial, motor and major loss claims.

“Peter’s appointment is further evidence of GAB Robins’ ongoing strategic investment in its counter-fraud services,” said Neil Daniel, head of GAB Robins’ counter-fraud and investigation service.  “At a stage where this sector needs to demonstrate its value, we are committed to expanding our team and continuing to deliver measurable results.”

GAB Robins said it is expanding its counter-fraud and investigation service in response to increased demand from insurers and brokers. The company says this demand has been prompted by measurable successes in fraud detection and claims cost savings.
