FirstAssist to launch panel arrangement

FirstAssist Legal Protection has joined forces with Lyons Davidson, who will help support FirstAssist's commercial and personal lines before the event (BTE) legal expenses claims for three years from February 2011.

FirstAssist managing director Graham Hollebon said: “Lyons Davidson has proven strengths and skill in both claimant and defendant work. We look forward to working with them to deliver the best access to justice for our customers."

Kevin Morgan, head of the civil litigation department at Lyons Davidson, said: “We are excited to have been selected to work alongside FirstAssist and firmly believe our expertise, in all areas of law covered by their products, will help to maintain their position as a leading player in the BTE market.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
