Explain briefly about your entry in the Commercial Lines Broker of the Year category.
We want to highlight our unique service proposition for our commercial clients. We don’t just do insurance - we also offer a full range of complementary services designed to build a loyal, engaged customer base which will work with us for the long term.
Escalating costs universally affects businesses of all sizes. At Radius Insurance Solutions, we help businesses improve efficiency and cut costs via a joined up approach to vehicle procurement, vehicle tracking, fuel purchasing, hosted and mobile telephony and, of course, risk management and insurance.
We raised awareness of our insurance offering internally by reaching out to each specialist area – fuel cards, telematics, vehicle solutions and telecommunications – to dramatically improve internal cross-sell performance and, more importantly, enhance the overall value proposition for all our customers.
What makes your entry stand out or different from your competition?
No other business can offer the range of specialist services we do alongside a quality, broked insurance offering that is supported by strong relationships with leading insurers.
We have successfully amalgamated broking services in UK and Ireland into a business that is a one-stop-shop for businesses insuring commercial vehicles.
What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
It would be a tremendous boost for everyone who has evolved with our business to be acknowledged by our peers as the standout performer in commercial lines broking this year.
