Explain briefly about your entry in the Excellence in Technology - Customer category.
Addresscloud prides itself on the quality of service that our customers receive. We really wanted to highlight how the tech we developed for Compare the Market delivered an amazing solution - it felt like this category was a great fit.
We partnered with Compare the Market to build and deliver something unique - a service that can accurately and automatically prepopulate complex question sets for property data, such as age, rooms, distance to water, etc.
We all know how trying it can be to get a home insurance quote - our solution enables Compare the Market to simply ask the customer for their address and the heavy lifting is done in the background.
We’ve already prepopulated around 11 million answers and I’m told we’ve saved more than 400 hours of customer time.
The secret behind our partnership with Compare the Market is our geostatistical models and a service provisioned using our bespoke, serverless architecture for performance and reliability.
What do you think makes your entry stand out or different from your competition?
We’ve brought real innovation to the market - technology and data have aligned to create a moment where we could build something that simply wasn’t achievable five years ago.
But it was our engagement with the customer and our responsiveness and willingness to learn that were the keys to success.
What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning would be a fantastic testament to the Addresscloud technology and the strong partnership approach we’ve taken to working with Compare the Market to deliver such a successful programme.
