For the past 9 years, Insurance Times has been conducting the annual Etrading Survey. Each year our research team works with all insurers and software houses to create a survey that investigates key etrading areas that can help drive your business forward. In order to be part of the next stages of the report, each insurer and software house must receive 100 or more broker responses.
Each year brokers from across the nation take part to provide feedback that can help the direction of etrading, services, products and more. The insight gained from the survey results in creating the following aspects:
• The Insurance Times eTrading Five Star Ratings listings – Each insurer and software house that reaches the threshold required will be included in the online star ratings. Each insurer and software house that meets the requirements will have their own profile page which contains their star ratings, intermediated strategy, broker feedback and more, written by Insurance Times.
• NEW FOR THIS YEAR. To enable insurers to put their Etrading Five Star ratings in context we will be publishing the Etrading Five Star results early on an embargoed basis to give insurers and software houses the opportunity to explain their service approach through sponsored content. Insurers will also be able to highlight key contacts and embed direct links to their own websites. This will directly connect brokers analysing the etrading results with your key decision makers.
• The Insurance Times eTrading Five Star Report –this report will be available to order and is available to Insurance Times subscribers. Sponsorship opportunities are available. This report will be viewed by subscribers and brokers across the nation. New to this year will be the opportunity to acquire a page in the report within your company profile section, this will be where you can discuss intermediary strategy, key contacts, product information and more.
• The Insurance Times eTrading Data Insight workbook - the Data Insight workbook contains in-depth analysis into all areas investigated within the survey. The databook analysis in depth of the broker experience via a number of trading routes, the experience of brokers via insurer extranets, via insurers via software houses and whilst using a software house platform. From analysis into broker groups such as large, small, network, top 50, SME, mid-corporate brokers to granular feedback in key service and product areas on all insurers and software houses involved in the survey. Within the survey insurers and software houses are investigated through a range of service factors important to brokers, each service area is broken down so that can witness what areas are excelling and what areas may need further development in. The data insight workbook not only provides insight into your own company but your competitors. Competitor only analysis can also be requested on demand.
Other insight such as broker profiles, future product opportunities, new innovations, client tools and support, referrals, broker tech development, trading feedback and much more. If as an insurer you want to refer to the Five Star ratings or the rankings in your marketing communications, you can purchase a licence giving you the right to do so.
