Roots joins from Three UK
Direct Line Group has appointed Ash Roots as director of digital, reporting to chief customer officer Darrell Evans.
His role will be to deliver Direct Line Group’s digital strategy across all channels.
He was most recently with Three UK, where he held various senior positions including head of online and head of production. He has more than 13 years’ experience helping start-up and established companies take advantage of the internet to drive financial and customer goals.
Evans said: “As we continue to build on the capability within our online services, Ash brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and customer insight to the team. I am delighted to have him on board to help us to drive our digital innovation forward.”
