Jane Lewis replaces the promoted Bobby White
Cunningham Lindsey has appointed Jane Lewis as inTrust director, replacing Bobby White who has been promoted to the newly created role of global third party administration (TPA) lead.
Lewis will be responsible for the development of the company’s motor and domestic loss adjusting work, as well as the global TPA hub in the UK, which provides a single delivery claims management platform for all classes of business, across multiple territories.
She previously worked as the loss adjustor’s Glasgow claims centre head and has managed the company’s operational delivery over household claims, motor and TPA for eight years.
Cunningham Lindsey chief executive Phil McNeilage said: “InTrust is a huge area of growth for our business and the importance we placed on finding the right person for the job cannot be understated.
“We had several excellent potential candidates, but it was the balance of knowledge, interpersonal skills, determination and proven devotion to customer service excellence that secured Jane this role. Her experience, not only in the industry, but also in building and managing our household claims service teams, will provide a valuable and welcome contribution to our management board.”
Lewis said: “I’ve worked very closely with Bobby White in the development of our TPA service, which has helped me get off to a flying start in my new role - supported by an incredibly strong management team, in the UK and globally.
“I’m passionate about great customer service and thrilled at the prospect of being instrumental in the continued growth of inTrust.”
