Coversure strikes claims deal with Lorega

Coversure Insurance Services and Loss recovery insurance specialist Lorega has launched Coversure Commercial Concierge, a new commercial claims service for Coversure clients.

The deal provides the commercial clients of Coversure’s 86 branches with access to Lorega’s 70-strong team of chartered loss adjusters. In the event of a claim Lorega’s negotiators will work with the policyholder, the branch and the insurers own loss adjuster to deliver a settlement.

Coversure commercial manager Nick Atkinson said: “This service will be available for all covered material damage and business interruption losses but it will be especially valuable for complex claims.”

Lorega’s chief executive John Sims said: “We are delighted to be working with Coversure to provide loss adjusting support to their brokers’ commercial clients when claims arise.

"n addition, their plans to considerably increase the number of Coversure franchises over the next few years are very exciting and something that Lorega very much wants to be an integral part of.”
