Sarah Liddell will head the team in London.
Chubb Insurance has appointed Sarah Liddell as manager of the London casualty team.
Liddell will be responsible for all aspects of management of the London casualty team and for the continued growth and profitability of the portfolio. Her remit will also cover broker management and product development.
The appointment comes following the recent promotion of Mark Roberts as risk management and multinational underwriting manager for Europe.
Liddell has been with Chubb for seven years with her most recent role being senior casualty underwriter. She will take up her new position immediately and be reporting to Tim Darley, UK & Ireland casualty practice leader and risk management manager.
Darley said: “We are delighted to promote Sarah into this role. Her underwriting skills and knowledge of the London market make her the perfect candidate to move the portfolio to the next level.”
