The Manchester based broker announces results on its 30th birthday
Carole Nash said pre-tax profits rose slightly to £3.95m in 2014 from £3.93m the previous year amid softening premium rates.
The specialist motorcycle broker said profits rose against a backdrop of “plummeting” premium levels in 2014, with average premiums seeing a double-digit fall for the first time ever.
“This is a strong performance and evidence that we enter our fourth decade in a stronger position than ever,” said chief executive David Newman, announcing the results on the company’s 30th birthday. “2015 is looking even healthier with indications being that we are £1m up on profits for the first half of the year.”
