Cargo Solutions Limited has sold its European marine claims & nautical surveying business in France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Spain, to AM Group SA.
Cargo Solutions Limited managing director Robert Voltane said the sale would allow the company to refocus on its core operations. He said Cargo would work with the AM Group to ensure a smooth transition of business.
"Cargo Solutions Limited will concentrate on the needs of its core customers in the project cargo and cargo risk management markets. 2004 will see the company continue to innovate and expand the leading position we have in these markets while continuing to explore other complimentary opportunities," said Voltane.
Cargo's other operations, including Cargo Solutions Limited UK, are unaffected by the sale, said the company.
