NG Insurance Services buys Peter Adams Insurance Brokers
Broker Network Members NG Insurance Services (NG) and Peter Adams Insurance Brokers (PAIB) have joined forces, following the acquisition of PAIB by NG.
The acquisition is in line with the continuing growth and expansion of Broker Network Members.
The firms are both based in the Cardiff area.
PAIB will retain its brand, as the firm becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of NG. Nigel Adams, managing director of PAIB, will become a director of NG.

NG is actively considering acquisitions as part of their plans for expansion in the future.
