Legal & General has reorganised its panel of loss adjusters for general claims work. It is understood the new team of loss adjusters is Crawford & Co and Ashworth Mairs. The panel formerly consisted of Capita and Crawford & Co.
This is the third blow to Capita in as many week. Two weeks ago it was reported that Churchill released the loss adjuster from its panel. Then last week managing director of professional and technical services Mark Smith left the company.
