For the past 18 years, Insurance Times has been conducting the annual broker service survey. Each year our research team works with all insurers to create a survey that investigates key service and product areas that can help drive your business forward.
Each year brokers from across the nation take part to provide feedback that can help the direction of future products, services and more. The insight gained from the survey results in creating the following aspects:
• The Insurance Times Commercial and Personal Lines Online Star Ratings listings – Each insurer that reaches the threshold required will be included in the online star ratings. Each insurer that meets the requirements will have their own profile page which contains their star ratings, broker feedback and more. This year we will be offering opportunities to sponsor the homepage and include branding on their own insurer profile page so that visitors to the page can be redirected to the webpage of your choosing. In addition, we will be providing the opportunity for insurers to include key contacts on their profile page, this will provide brokers with the confidence that insurers are providing connections to key decision makers.
• The Insurance Times Commercial Lines Five Star Report – this report will be available to order and is available to Insurance Times subscribers. Sponsorship opportunities are available. This report will be viewed by subscribers and brokers across the nation.
• The Insurance Times Personal Lines Five Star Report - this report will be available to order and is available to Insurance Times subscribers. Sponsorship opportunities are available. This report will be viewed by subscribers and brokers across the nation.

From analysis into broker groups such as large, small, network, top50, SME, Mid-corporate brokers to granular feedback in key service and product areas on all insurers involved in the survey. If as an insurer you want to refer to the Five Star ratings or the rankings in your marketing communications, you can purchase a licence giving you the right to do so.
• Webinars - From the insights found from the commercial and personal lines survey, we will be hosting two broker service webinars. A commercial lines dedicated webinar and a personal lines dedicated webinar, exploring all the insights found in this years survey. Sponsorship and panel opportunities are available for both webinars.
