Fastrack Indemnity Limited, part of the Compensation Group, has unveiled the Blue Legal Expenses Insurance Scheme, a new product and service combination.

The aim of the scheme is to minimise inconvenience and anxiety following a road accident or act of vandalism, while maximising any entitlement to compensation for injury and other uninsured losses.

All members of the scheme are provided with a single point of contact for advice and support.

The Blue Scheme provides a total accident management solution for the private motorist and commercial organisations while opening up significant revenue streams to the broker.

The group says the unique features of the scheme, together with the Service Level Agreements, highlight its emphasis on customer care.

Key benefits of the cover can include:

Windscreen Cover
Genuine windscreen cover for Policyholders of the scheme with up to £50 of any excess charged by a motor insurance policy.

Replacement Vehicle Service
A replacement vehicle may be available where the costs can be recovered from the third party or their insurance company.

Credit Repair Facility
In the event of the vehicle being damaged, arrangements can be made for repairs to be carried out by an approved repairer from our national network.

Uninsured Loss Recovery
It may also be possible to recover the policy excess, travelling expenses or the cost of damaged personal belongings, through our dedicated uninsured loss recovery service.

Personal Injury
As a member of the Blue scheme, both the policyholder and their passengers are entitled to automatic consideration to the Fastrack Indemnity Scheme who qualify against the acceptance criteria. This scheme provides after the event insurance cover, which has been specifically designed to ensure that genuine claims are properly compensated without the risk of incurring substantial legal costs.
