The British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) has announced that the launch of the new City and Central London BIBA region is due to take place next month.
The new `region' is being formed to meet the needs of independent brokers and intermediaries situated in central London, says BIBA.
Lloyd's is hosting an event to mark the occasion on 4 July, which is free to BIBA members, that will give people the chance to meet Lloyd's underwriters and explore alternative ways of placing business.
Steve Boucher of Broker Services at Lloyd's will give the Lloyd's view and details of the Lloyd's Broker Accreditation Programme. There will also be a chance to learn more about what the new BIBA London region has to offer its membership.
