Disaster recovery firm Belfour has expanded its customer care centre which handles calls from insurers, loss adjusters and policyholders.
It said all administration for both residential and commercial claims was being integrated into its purpose built customer care centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Opening hours have also been extended, said the company.
