Kane Insurance Management specialises in captive consulting and Insurance-Linked Security
Arthur J Gallagher’s Bermuda-based captive management operation Artex Risk Solutions has acquired the insurance management operations (KIM) of Kane Group.
The insurance services group specialises in insurance management, captive consulting, ILS administration, LPI and fund solutions, as well as compliance services.
It provides Insurance-Linked Security and structured transaction administration (ILS) that supports catastrophe bonds, sidecars, collateralised reinsurance and similar structures.
Kane associates Robert Eastham, Linda Haddleton, Ann Westand will continue to operate from their locations in Bermuda, Cayman, Guernsey, and in South Carolina and Vermont in America.
They will continue to report to David McManus, head of Artex Risk Solutions.
