Arista appoints senior underwriter at the company’s Bristol branch.
Arista Insurance, the commercial lines underwriting operation, has appointed Tracey Vivian as senior underwriter at the company’s Bristol branch.
Vivian will have responsibility for underwriting all classes of commercial business and assisting in the development of Arista’s South West business.
The news follows the recent appointment of Andy Saxon as regional underwriting manager also based in Bristol.
Arista’s Regional Manager for the South West, David Aslin, said: “Tracey’s arrival at Arista is testament to our commitment to expanding our local presence with experienced staff who will be able to provide first class service to our brokers. She brings with her 19 years experience in our industry and a level of underwriting expertise that will be an asset to our ever growing team.”
Miss Vivian added: “Arista’s approach is such a refreshing change from most of the providers that brokers have to choose from today and so I am delighted to be joining the team. Knowing we are all working together to genuinely help the broker makes my job as an underwriter all the more satisfying.”
Prior to joining Arista, Vivian was an underwriter for Norwich Union and has also worked for Commercial Union, CGU and The Provincial.
