The collaborative effort between SME brokers, brokers, and insurers is a relatively new discipline, according to Charlotte Smyton, associate broker at Gallagher and one od the authors of The chartered insurance institute’s report Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies in insurance: A guide for SME Brokers published earlier this year (25 July 2023).
