Sale of two insurers paves way for bigger bid, report says

Kepler analyst Fabrizio Croce says Allianz may be about to buy Switzerland’s third-biggest insurer Baloise Holding. Allianz sold its stakes in insurers Alba and Phenix to Helvetia, Reuters reports.
