Paul Wilson, also a non-executive director of Kiln, joins Abbey board as non-executive director
Paul Wilson has accepted an offer to join the Board of Abbey Protection plc (LSE:ABB) as a Non-Executive Director. It is proposed that he will sit on the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. The appointment is effective from 11 March 2008.
Wilson, 56, has worked in the financial services sector for the past 2years. He is a Senior Adviser at Bain & Company (previously having been Director & Partner: Leader of the Financial Services Practice) and is a non-executive director of R J Kiln & Co Ltd. Prior to joining Bain & Company in September 1996, he ran Gemini UK and was then Head of Gemini's Global Financial Services Practice in the period from 1991 to 1996.
