Biography: In 1977, Hudson joined a Lloyd's syndicate as a clerk, and in 1980 moved to St Katherine Insurance Company which became part of The St. Paul Companies in 1988
and changed its name to St. Paul International Insurance Company.
From 1977 to 1990 he specialised in liability insurance and reinsurance in North America. He is now general manager.
