Toasting the Best of 2026!

On Friday 12th June, the UKGI claims community gathered at The Brewery, London, for the 2026 Claims Excellence Awards - a fresh, high‑energy lunchtime celebration of standout achievement across the claims landscape Hosted by the brilliant Aurie Styla, 20 super-shiny trophies were presented to the companies, teams and individuals raising the bar for claims excellence.

As Insurance Times Content Director, Katie Scott said: "Claims are undoubtedly the most visible and subjective component of the insurance value chain and it is all too easy to get suckered in to stories where things have gone wrong. However, this afternoon is all about when things go right – as they so often do thanks to the hard work, customer advocacy and innovation demonstrated by each and every one of you in this room today." Huge congratulations to the Class of 2026!

Insurance Times Awards 2025

Raise a Glass to the Class of 2025!

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.

Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.

A huge round of applause for the Class of 2025!

The 2025 Tech & Innovation Awards lit up the Royal Lancaster London on Thursday 18th September celebrating the brightest minds and boldest ideas across UKGI. 17 super-shiny trophies were handed out in total to honour a brilliant crop of trailblazers whose innovation and tireless energy are truly shaping the future of our sector.
