Zenith Services UK is the first Guardian Holdings Ltd European operation to adopt the GHL brand, with effect from 1 May 2007. The UK service provider will have a new name, GHL Insurance Services UK Limited.
Andrew Bennett, general manager for business development, marketing and agency, commented: “Adopting the brand of our Caribbean parent represents a further step in the integration process. We have done a lot of work over recent months to bring our businesses together and strengthen our proposition and service delivery. The resulting feedback from our intermediary partners has been extremely positive, and so we feel the time is right to bring our brand in line with that of our parent and to reflect the ownership and strength of purpose behind our business.”
Steve Tidd, chief executive officer of GHL's European operations, said: “Rebranding our UK service business as GHL Insurance Services UK Limited is a logical step forward. As we seek to grow our presence in Europe further, it will be increasingly important to present a strong and consistent brand to our target markets and it is our intention to gradually adopt the GHL brand across our European-based companies over the next 12-18 months.”
