Xchanging Ins-sure Services has launched its Business Centre - a distribution gateway enabling companies in the London Market to distribute and receive data in their preferred formats, regardless of what systems they and their clients use.
The market uses numerous IT systems, few of which are able to communicate directly with each other, says the company. This means there is an industry-wide practice of re-keying data or building necessary IT support.
Xchanging says that because the centre is operating as an Application Service Provider customers will not need to invest in their IT infrastructure or processing systems.
