Willis has named Brendan McManus as chief executive of Willis Limited in addition to his current role as boss of Willis UK & Ireland.
Rodney Baker-Bates is also joining the board as an independent non-executive chairman of Willis Limited, the principal UK broking company of Willis Group, subject to FSA approval.
McManus and Baker-Bates will succeed the previous chairman and chief exectuve of Willis Limited, David Margrett, who was recently named chief executive of Willis International.
Baker-Bates's career in the financial services industry has included roles at Glyn Mills & Co, Arthur Andersen, Chase Manhattan Bank, Midland Bank Plc, the BBC and Prudential.
Baker-Bates also served as a non-executive Director of C. Hoare & Co from 2000-2010. He currently holds a number of other chairman and non-executive directorships.
McManus has been chief executive of Willis UK & Ireland since 2007 after joining from RSA. .
