Willis appoints two UK managing directors

Willis has appointed two regional managing directors for Willis Networks.

Mike Rush, previously regional director for southern England at the Broker Network Group, will be based in Preston and be responsible for Willis Networks in Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland.

Simon Taylor, previously sales & marketing director for Primary General, will be based in London and be responsible for central and southern England and Wales. Both will report to Phil Scarrett, managing director of Willis Networks.

Rush and Taylor will work with members of the Willis Commercial Network (WCN) and Willis N2.

Phil Scarrett, managing director of Willis Networks, said: "Our regional managing directors work closely with Network members to help them grow organically and by acquisition, and to ensure that they receive the full benefit of our wide ranging training and marketing support and access to the market."

Willis Networks has also promoted Bernard Farrell from regional managing director for Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland to overall sales director.

Simon Clegg and Jayne Bolton have joined Willis Networks as business development manager and regional operations manager respectively, while Andrew Tilley joins as online marketing manager.
